Cob blocks and cob bricks for constructional purposes has been around for a long time. By introducing Compressed Earth Blocks (CEB’s) into a new build, self-build or re-build project, establishes the user has pre-formed, dried material to continue progress without interruption. This is in contrast to the use of ‘wet’ cob for principal construction whereby curing takes place on the wall. Therefore, the benefits of using pre-formed cob blocks or cob bricks are favourable.
